Hello i'm 36, female, overweight, and as long as i can remember i have a low resting heart rate about 52 is this normal?

Probably not…: Low hr usually associated with athletes. With your being overweight, suggest see fp to be tested for hypothyoidism. Ekg can also show if there are any rhythm irregularities of concern.

60 is the low limit: 60 is the lower limit conventionally. 52 BPM may be a sign of physical fitness for many, especially long distance runner... Unless one develops symptoms, then all bets are off!
