A heart rate of 52-56/min can be normal if, when standing, there is no dizziness, and if one's heart rate increases with walking or during other exertion. If exertion is well tolerated, the low resting heart rate is probably normal.

Heart rates slower than than 60 beats per minute are not necessarily abnormal or indicative of a problem. The difference between 56 beats per minute and 52 beats per minute is not significant. Your blood pressure is normal. I see no clear abnormality to suggest a problem but please discuss this with your doctor who is familiar with your medical history.
