Not collapsible one: Collapsing walkers can be dangerous at any age because of crushing fingers and falling down stairs. The play stations which are surrounded with amusing activities that would not be very movable for a 4 month old would be ok for a short time if the infant enjoyed it.

Thousands of babies end up in emergency rooms from falling down stairs or bumping into furniture while in a walker. And studies have shown that babies in walkers learn to walk about 1 month later than those who don't.
