It's a psychological: Effect.Bones don't move while in a brace . The effect of immobilization creates a weird sensation and is not uncommon. Talk to the orthopedic dr for any concerns.

Possible: If you are in a sarmiento brace or cast for a fracture there is a possibility that the bone fragments are moving . Regular checkups and xrays by your treating doc are in order.
