Yes: The clavicle is part of what we call the superior shoulder suspensory complex, which basically connects your upper extremity to your thorax. So an injury to one area often will cause symptoms in the otherwise areas as well. Should resolve as clavicle fracture heals.

Could be: just muscle spasm, but your symptoms could also mean an unrecognized injury or another condition unrelated to fracture. Go back to your doctor for another check.
