Hip disorders: I am assuming it is also not related to your monthly period. There are various disorders you have to consider. Hip pathologies such as arthritis of your hip or trochanteric bursitis of the hip need to be ruled out. Disorders of your left sacroiliac join which is the fusion of your tailbone and your iliac bone can refer pain to the front. Entrapment of your femoral nerve can also be a possibility.
