Depends: What are your goals? Fitness, weight loss, training for a road race? Are you looking for strength gains? How long or far do you jog? Jogging is a great cardiovascular exercise, but i generally do not recommend jogging daily. 3-4 days/week is enough, even for marathoners. Consider adding in a lower impact cardio exercise such as biking, swimming or elliptical. Resistive exercises for strengthening.
