No: To be fit requires movement, strength, and aerobic conditioning. These, in turn, require fuel in the form of clean nutrition. Without adequate food intake fitness cannot happen. Further, anorexia is often associated with a lack of many electrolytes that are essential for cell metabolism and growth. There's nothing positive about anorexia.
