Good for you: This is great as long as you do it because you love it, and that you feel good even though the perfect body is unattainable. While there are many "supplements" promoted for athletes, your best buy is inexpensive bulk whey protein. I believe creatine is safe and effective, but i'd steer you away from other supplements, and add that everyone i know who has tried Anabolic steroids has regretted it.
