Consistency With...: "keeping up" your physical fitness assumes you already have some degree of fitness, yes? Consistent workouts, frequent balanced meals, adequate hydration and stress management are key, too. I'm a huge fan of p90x and related programs, especially if you are already fit and want to take things to the next level. Good luck!
