Is it better to go for flap surgery before extracting decidous teeth?

Hard to say: If the surgery is to treat periodontal disease, and the deciduous teeth are being removed for restorative reasons (like implant placement) it would be wise to get the periodontal condition under control before moving forward with further treatment. Without more information on your case, it is hard to say.
