1 to 14 days: There is a very wide range of "healing times" for an extraction, since each one is different... Some require removal of bone and sectioning of the tooth, others are quite uneventful. There is no single answer that can be applied to all extractions. It also depends on how fast you heal as well as how well you take care of the wound.

1-2 weeks: Wisdom teeth extraction is a surgical procedure and is not completely risk-free. Pain, swelling, bad breath and infection following surgery is usually at its worst 24 – 48 hours after surgery. After that it should subside more and more every day and after 7-14 days stop. Good luck.
