They may be normal: Green rings in the coloration of the iris is probably normal, however; if the green rings are in the cornea (the clear part of the eye) then it could be a disease related to copper metabolism (wilsons disease) or other metabolic problems. If you are not sure an eyecare professional can determine this with a slit lamp exam and order the nessesary blood tests.
