Depends: Depends on your eye color and where the ring is. If it on the white part of the eye, it is normal and likely there your whole life. If it is on the cornea in front if the iris, then that is certainly not normal and can be a sign of a condition called wilson's dz. If you are not sure, see an ophthalmologist right away. Good luck!
