Corneal arcus: This is a deposit of lipid from your circulation which frequently will accumulate actually in an arc or ring at the edge of the cornea (the clear window at the front of the eye). It is more obvious in those with brown eyes. It is benign, will cause no change in the vision or health of the eye.
