Grey ring on iris: IMahmood ~ that is an early onset of "arcus senilis" characteristic of older people. It is probably of no significance, but it is sometimes associated with raised cholesterol so have your cholesterol panel done and if normal I would not be concerned, but check cholesterol regularly. TOTAL, LDL,HDL, cholesterol and serum triglycerides thanks
