I'm recently seeing red ring around my eye and i wear contacts for almost two years now never had this problem but now i see it. i'm not sure what it is?

GPC: You may be getting an allergic response to Comtacts called Giant Papillary conjunctivitis or GPC. Which is a foreign body reaction in the lids. See your Ophthalmologiist Not the Costco and Walmart docs. This is a medical condition and needs an MD to manage it.

Ciliary flush: The red ring is called a ciliary flush and it is caused by inflammation in the cornea, the clear crystal over the colored part of the eye, or inside the eye. Most likely it is due to your contact lens. Try leaving out the lens and see if the ring goes away. Then check with your eye doctor so he/she can find the problem.
