Maybe: Most people with lymphocytic colitis have diarrhea. It can certainly cause n/v/bloating. Localized RUQ pain is likely different. Get the colitis under control and c what happens. There is no test to determine otherwise.

Hyperkinetic gb?: If colitis controlled, symptoms of right upper quadrant pain and nausea sound like symptoms related to gall bladder.Gall bladder ejection fraction is high at 95%. Some patients have hyperfunctioning gall bladders that can cause pain. A small series of patients has been reported with no gall stones or sludge and high gb ejection fractions that get relief with cholecystectomy. More studies needed.
