RUQ pain: Could be sphincter of oddi dysfunction. This is the sphincter that controls the drainage of bile into the intestine. Yo may want to get a consult from a GI that performs ercp. Sometimes people that have your symptoms benefit from opening the sphincter endoscopically and preventing sphincter spasm.
