Maybe: Retractions can be a sign of underlying cancer, yes; however, if you notice it on both breasts, it is more likely something to do with the fit of your bra. I would definitely bring it up with your doctor so they can do a breast exam to screen. Good luck!

Unlikely: Some asymmetries are frequently seen in normal breast anatomy. I'm not sure what a 'dent' means- but if its equal on both sides- it's less likely to be a problem. If there are areas that seem to be a abnormal- an ultrasound or mammogram may be indicated. See your primary physician to be sure.

Probably not: If it is present on both sides it is probably just the way you are made. However it would be worth discussing your concerns with your friendly primary care physician.
