Dr i am having a small swelling in the aerola region,close to nipples.i am 24 and smoker. when pressed i can feel the swell and pain. its coming irregularly.is it breast cancer ?anything to worry doc ?

Get an exam: You are wise to do self breast exams. An irregular swelling should be examined by a doctor familiar with breasts. . If a mammogram is needed, that can arranged. Cannot determine actual diagnosis from the symptoms, but it needs to be determined by a professional.

Nipple burning sensation and about 4cm swelling under the collarbone. I know breast cancer is rare for men. but should I be concerned about cancer?
