Anemia means low red blood cell numbers and related results like hematocrit and hemoglobin, and those results are normal. Therefore, by definition, you do not have anemia. Possibly your iron levels are a bit low, the most common cause of anemia in women. B12 deficiency is unlikely, but these results don't directly measure B12 or its main effects on blood counts.
