Dehydration: It is possible that this is being caused by a lack of proper hydrations during exercise. I would check to be sure you are drinking enough water during this time period and see if it improves. If not, then i would recommend you have your dentist or physician evaluate the situation.

Normal dehydration: 1--the fillings have nothing to do with it. 2--good oral hygiene is mandatory 3--dehydration will thin the serous saliva drink plenty of water before, during and after exercise. Beware of sugary "energy" drinks including gatorade or powerade, as they are highly cariogenic (cavity-forming).
