Good health: In order to become pregnant you need to be in general good health- a healthy diet,moderate exercise,good sleep,etc.Take prenatal vitamins to decrease the risk of birth defects.Avoid tobacco smoke, alcohol, and drugs.An ovulation predictor kit can be used to tell you when you are most fertile but don't stress over it.Enjoy sex but beware that sex too often can lower his sperm count.Hope this helps.
