Watch your cycle..: If you feel you are both ready to have and care for a child, the best way to increase the chances of pregnancy is to have sexual intercourse when you are ovulating. Count your cycle days, with Day #1 being the first day of your period. If you have regular 28 day cycles, you should be ovulating on Day #14. So plan to have intercourse on Days #12, #13 and #14 for the best chance. Good luck!
