Keeping good health: A female is probably most fertile in her late teen to early 20s, then the chance slowly decreases over the yrs and complication such as birth defect/genetic problem (i.E downs syndrome) increases. Best is to eat healthy, exercise regularly, take prenatals, see doc for screen, and have more relations during/around time of ovulation--use a kit (otc) may help. Consult doc. Good luck.
