Resistance: Do you mean lack of motivation? Boredom? Having different priorities? Lack of confidence with academics? I don't think that there is a study phobia. Find out what issue underlies your resistance to studying. If you need to work with a therapist to figure this out - do so. It you want to work with a tutor - do so. But don't call it a phobia.

CBT: Seek a cognitive-behavioral therapist who specializes in phobias. One method they use is systematic desensitization which slowly and incrementally brings the person closer and closer to the thing they are afraid of in slow, graduated steps that help make the anxiety more tolerable.
