Graded exposure: Integrating gradual exposure along with development of relaxation skills will be helpful. These are variable person to person and require careful consideration of your own experience and situation. Taking things too quickly can lead to more difficulty but you want to push yourself - it's supposed to feel hard. But your experience in time will tell you you've done it without bad consequence.
