Hmmmmmm...: If you mean "are phobias really a medical diagnosis which people suffer from?" ... Yes. If you mean "are there things that people should really be afraid of?" ... Again, the answer is yes. But those are not phobias. Those are appropriate and based on reality.

Yes: People who suffer from phobias would have no trouble answering that questions. Phobias may be mild or could be severe and debilitating.
