Simple Phobia: This is considered simple phobia and the best treatment for that, is behavioral approach r widely used in various anxiety d/o. Desensitization , by exposing the patient graded doses of phobic situation, phobic object or situation is an effective technique to reduce anxiety provoking situation. Find u self a good therapist.

CBT: Seek a cognitive-behavioral therapist who specializes in phobias. One method they use is systematic desensitization which slowly and incrementally brings the person closer and closer to the thing they are afraid of in slow, graduated steps that help make the anxiety more tolerable.
