In studies what works better for gad panic disorder and phobias clonazepam or xanex xr?

My opinion : I prefer ssris. The medicines you listed unfortunately my opinion might be a bit too habit forming. Those can be used as adjuncts. But the maintenance medicine would be encouraged.

Agree w Dr. Ibrahim: I try to avoid long-term use of both xanax (alprazolam) and clonazepam due to concerns about tolerance. I encourage use of cognitive behavioral therapy or other forms of psychotherapy. When indicated, SSRI's are a good approach.

Please consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to help you with your issues and conflicts with tele-sessions. Research indicates that with psychotherapy you can grow and change in good ways and find better coping mechanisms. Medication prescribed by a Psychiatrist can help.
