Biceps tendinitis: You may have tendinitis of the biceps tendon, and in addition to resting it and taking an antiinflammatory medication you may want to have your primary care physician examine you to make sure that is the correct diagnosis. Sometimes, a cortisone injection may help, but an exam is necessary first.
