I have chronic knee pain from chondromalacia. my dr gave my tylenol (acetaminophen) 3 for pain. can i take it with aleve at the same time. how many aleve can u take.

You can: The recommended dosage on allege I believe is one every eight hours. Tylenol (acetaminophen) and alleve don't interfere with each other. Long term usage of either medication is not recommended.
