You need a medical c: Poor sleep or insomnia as it is called is often due to an emotional termoil which keeps your brain racing with various thoughts. If you are up all night, you will need medication, best prescribed by your doctor. You should seek medical help preferably froma psychiatrist or an internist who can check you and help you to resolve this problem.

Have a physical exam by a Dr. to determine if you have a physical illness. Consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy with ZOOM.
