More suggestions: Here's a tip I've found helpful. Establish a sleep ritual. Example: An hour before bed, take one or two melatonin tabs, turn down the lights in your room, do something very relaxing (like listening to quiet music) and turn off your electronic devices. It may take several days for your brain to associate this ritual with sleep but it often helps. NEVER use sleep meds for chronic insomnia.
