Don't drive drowsy: Drowsy driving is dangerous and illegal. The best way to prevent it is not to do it at all. Drowsy driving is drunk driving!

Help driving: I agree with the other docs here, do not drive if you're drowsy. But, it is important to find out what is causing you to be so drowsy in the morning? Do you have undiagnosed or untreated sleep apnea? Are you not sleeping well at night? I applaud you for trying to avoid caffeine. Have you tried waking up earlier and allowing yourself more time to wake up in the morning b4 driving? AM Exercise?
