No, but: No, but low platelets can be a sign of something more ominous, from sepsis to ttp, that may be the cause of the fevers. In addition, some infections, like rickettsial infections, have hallmarks such as low platelets. See your doctor.

Unlikely: Low platelets should not cause a fever. Typically there is another reason for the fevers. Hope this helps.

No: There is no relationship between your platelet count and body temperature. You could have something else going on, such as a viral illness, that hs caused suppression of your platelet production and can also cause low grade fever. But the low count itself does not cause fever.
