Depends: Does field of vision or visual perception change with each heartbeat? This may indicate problems with blood flow to one or both eyes. Could be due to high intraocular pressure or low systemic bp. Or do you mean visual fields move with each beat? This can be seen with disorders of brainstem or when normal damping mechanism is overwhlelmed by very hyperdynamic heart.
