See eye doctor: You may be light sensitive due to low pigment. Be sure to wear sun glasses. Also, dry eyes will make you light sensitive. Use artificial tears to lubricate the eyes while waiting to see a good eye doc.

Brightness: The perception of brightness or photophobia varies from person to person. Some people are more sensitive than others. Issues such as dry eye, blepharitis, and other causes of ocular surface irritation can make you more sensitive to light as well.
