Adenomyosis Help: Adenomyosis probably decreases fertility but we have little research data. Newer imaging techniques should allow more research and testing of treatment options. First: you should see if you get pregnant without help. Second: get a consult with a fertility expert early. Third: you may have to consider treatments that do not have much of a track record if you continue to struggle.

Not a problem: Adenomyosis is not related to infertility. However, some women with adenomyosis also have endometriosis, which may affect fertility. Discuss this possibility with your doctor.
