Pain and bleeding: The usual harm is bleeding and anemia resulting in hysterectomy. At times it can be controlled or abated but usually leads to more dramatic treatment. Follow closely with your gyn.

Adenomyosis: Endometriosis of the uterusor denomyosis can be associatedwith scar tissue which ca result in infertility. I suggest treating appropriately.
