No, possibly trouble: The classic pattern of appendicitis is nausea, then vomiting, then central abdominal pain, later moving to the right and down the right lower quadrant of the abdomen tho this is not always the case. Best to get yourself checked out--maybe some lab tests. If you get a fever, get checked out immediately.
