Do nothing: Most likely a benign cyst. If soft @ moveable poss lipoma if firm who knows without it's removal. If it were me i would leave it alone, but 4 peace of mind if worried c ur pcp & let him/ her look @ it.

Ignore it : If that does not work for you then get it looked at by a physician if bothers you enough it probably would e easy to remove but i doubt it is anything serious.
