Lump: Hard to tell exactly what it is without seeing or feeling it, but if it is well circumscribed, mobile, chances are it is a sebacious cyst - a cyst originated from an oil gland whose oil could not evacuate and built inside to form a cyst. It's benign but above certain pressure it may pop open and get infected.
