How to deal with this voice change after tonsillitis?

Voice change: If the tonsils stay large after tonsillitis it may cause "hot potato" speech. If the adenoids are big then speech is hyponasal. Either conditions may respond to oral steroids. If permanent then removal may help. If there is hoarseness then hydrate, voice rest.
