what's the best thing for ulcers? salt water or medicated creams/gels such as bonjela?

Salt water rinse: I don't think bonjela is available in the us. There are different causes for ulcers but my first choice for an undiagnosed ulcer would be salt water rinses.

Salt water rinse: Salt water rinses are always helpful with mouth sores. Vegemite not so much.
