Yes: It is not a good way to lose weight if that is your goal. It is better to divide your calories throughout the day. A recent study showed that it is better to eat most of your calories before 3 pm. Eat lighter at night. It is good however to refrain from eating overnight. A 12 hour fast gives your body a change to repair itself.
