A member asked:

I have heard that during pregnancy one should eat small and frequent meals.but i am not able to do so is keeping long gaps between meals bad for baby?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No: 3 meals a day is fine. We tell patient with bad reflux to eat smaller frequent meals so they are not filling their stomach as much each time. You just need to get enough calories in for the day.
