Vitamin D: Vit d levels are lowest in people wi/dark skin but the marjority of people have a deficiency. Please get your doc to check your level and you can supplement. Most of my patients used 5k daily. It's better to eat 4 small meals or "graze" through the day than 1 meal daily relative to blood sugar. Peace and good health.
