No: The size of your teeth are...Well... The size of your teeth. An orthodontist can move your teeth into position where a cosmetic dentist/prosthodontist can make your teeth appear larger via veneers or full coverage restorations. The gaps can be lessened via orthodontic treatment, but if the teeth are "that small" a comprehensive evaluation with a good cosmetic dentist would be beneficial.
